- We primarily hold your contact details in case of emergency and for school communications. This is a mandatory requirement when enrolling your child\children
- We use a password protected Excel spreadsheet that only Management and Admin staff have access to
- Your data is not sold or given to 3rd parties
- You can request the information we have on file for you and your child\children at any time
- Following a review data such as ethnic origin will no longer be stored
- Ideally a self service portal should be provided to give you access to amend your own data but due to costs this isn’t possible so please inform of us if your address, phone number, mobile, emergency contact, GP contact and child’s allergies have changed
- If you remove your child\children from the school you have the right to ask for your data to be removed (known as the “right to be forgotten”). We will only contact you on occasion to inform you of Iqra initiatives.
We hope this Privacy Notice has been helpful in setting out the way we handle your personal data and your rights to control it.
